Here’s a chill starter thread for folks. Come introduce yourself and let us know what your favorite Pokémon games, starter, or region are! Or other favorite games!
My favorite Pokémon game is Emerald. Though I started with Yellow back when I was young, Pokémon really started to click for me in Generation 3. Emerald is a huge part of who I ended up becoming.
I have a lot of favorite Pokémon, and most are from Gen 1 and 3 (shocker). Gardevoir (and its entire family) are my top favorites, but I also really love Swampert, Metagross, Blaziken, Sceptile, Salamence, Hattrem, Gengar, Zapdos, Mewtwo, and plenty of others.
I’ve also been around the Pokémon community for quite a while, popping in and out of the Pokémon world over the last like 20 years.
I really like programming, math, science, statistics, and just having a good time. Besides Pokémon, I love most things Nintendo with my favorite other series being Metroid and The Legend of Zelda.
Hopefully that introduces myself well enough. Excited to get this community going, forums need to make a good comeback.
